Hellraisers and Beerdrinkers
The year is 2010 A.D. Europe is entirely occupied by financial issues and growing intolerance. Well, not entirely… One small community of unrelenting freaks close to the boarder still holds out against the bullshit. What has begun as relaxed playing with Accordion and Guitar soon evolved to a serious threat named “Hellraisers and Beerdrinkers”. With Irish Folk and Drinking Songs they then started a tour in summer 2011 to rebalance the dramatically marred Europe. Countless cities from Milano to Gerona, Marseille to Rotterdam were visited to bring hope to the desperate people in form of perky melodies and cheery singings.
The exceptional band was accompanied e.g. by the Irish band “Random Noise” and many other international musicians.
Completed with drums, double bass and mandolin, enlarged with music from other parts of the world and styles beyond folk, in the year of 2016 “Hellraisers and Beerdrinkers” stands for driving GAUDI FOLK in the name of the mob!
